The First (Henry Creel)
Lore Overview
From a young age, Henry Creel viewed humanity with quiet revulsion. He saw people as creatures trapped in pointless cycles—eating, reproducing, dying—performing their lives like hollow routines. While others played, Henry watched… and learned. It was then his powers first surfaced, subtle at first, bending the hands of a grandfather clock, whispering into the minds of those around him.
As his hatred deepened, so did his abilities. Henry’s growing power twisted into cruelty, culminating in the brutal destruction of his own family. His mother and sister were left broken and unrecognizable, while his father—blamed for the murders—was condemned to a life inside Pennhurst Mental Hospital. Henry, meanwhile, vanished.
Declared dead, he was secretly taken by a shadowy organization and fitted with the Soteria chip, a device meant to suppress his powers. Studied alongside other gifted children, Henry feigned obedience, patiently waiting. When he convinced Eleven to remove the chip, his restraint shattered. He slaughtered the facility’s staff and children alike, until Eleven banished him into another dimension.
Henry should have died there. Instead, he evolved. In the dark realm beyond, his power flourished, and his hatred sharpened into purpose. He murdered from afar, tearing holes between worlds in preparation for humanity’s extinction. But as he crossed through a gate, something else answered his call—a black fog, thick with promise.
Henry Creel stepped into a new realm, one shaped by suffering and endless cycles of death. And within it, The Entity found something rare: not a servant, but a kindred force.
Resist as they might, time marches on, and your master plan comes closer to fruition.
After hooking a Survivor, for 40/50/60 seconds, press the Ability button 1 to make a target generator within 20 meters explode, lose 10% progress and start regressing.
“Nothing will happen to you… Nothing that you don’t deserve!” —Henry Creel
Turn back the Clock
Hex: Hive Mind
You found yourself connected to something dark and unknowable… and you embraced it.
The first time you hook any Survivor, a Dull Totem becomes a Hex Totem.
Generators are highlighted; the intensity of the generator’s auras reveals their repair progress.
When 1 generator remains, all remaining generators explode, lose 6/8/10% progress and start regressing, and the Hex Totem becomes dull.
“You… let us in. And now, you are going to have to let us stay.” —Henry Creel
Raised to be a weapon, you broke free with the very skills your captors honed within you.
When a totem is blessed or cleansed, block a random unblocked generator for 20/25/30 seconds.
When 1 or more generators become blocked, you gain Undetectable for 30 seconds.
Undetectable hides the Killer’s aura, Terror Radius, and Red Stain.
